This is a great recipe for a kids dessert that can be done in the microwave at home or a campfire (wrapped in tinfoil). Also a good way for a healthy adult to get rid of chocolate 😉
- Tinfoil (required for campfire and BBQ cooking)
- Slice the banana down the center, making sure you don’t slice through the skin at the other side
- Stuff it with chocolate
- If you’re cooking on a BBQ or campfire, wrap the banana in tinfoil and cook for long enough to melt the chocolate. If you’re microwaving, forget the tinfoil, zap for 30-60 seconds until it starts to melt the chocolate and brown the banana
