Chorizo Pepper Mushroom Pasta

This is great comfort food, and terrible for the diet, but if you don’t add much pasta, it could be quite nutritious.


  • Pasta
  • Chorizo
  • Mushrooms
  • Leeks
  • Onion
  • Cream
  • Black pepper


  1. Boil some water
  2. Cook the leek and onion, then set aside
  3. Boil the pasta
  4. Cook the mushrooms and chorizo in a pan
  5. Add cream and black pepper once cooked
  6. Reduce the cream and stir to make a sauce
  7. Mix in the pasta, leek and onions
