This is great comfort food, and terrible for the diet, but if you don’t add much pasta, it could be quite nutritious.
- Black pepper
- Boil some water
- Cook the leek and onion, then set aside
- Boil the pasta
- Cook the mushrooms and chorizo in a pan
- Add cream and black pepper once cooked
- Reduce the cream and stir to make a sauce
- Mix in the pasta, leek and onions
