This recipe is one of my favourites, but I am always surprised by how much I like it when I make it.
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Kale
- Couscous
- Peas
Chraimeh Sauce
- Oil
- Water
- Tomato paste
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Caraway
- Cinnamon
- Coriander
- Sugar
- Chili
- Salt & pepper
Lemon Salad Dressing
- Oil
- Lemon
- Sugar
- Mustard
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Mix the ingredients for the sauces.
- Finely slice the kale.
- Boil the couscous for 10-15 mins or so until nearly cooked. Add the kale and peas then boil for another minute. Drain, then mix in the lemon salad dressing.
- Fry the salmon. Once cooked, add the Chraimeh sauce to the pan and cook the salmon in it for a minute.
