Chraimeh Salmon With Lemon Couscous

This recipe is one of my favourites, but I am always surprised by how much I like it when I make it.

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Kale
  • Couscous
  • Peas

Chraimeh Sauce

  • Oil
  • Water
  • Tomato paste
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Caraway
  • Cinnamon
  • Coriander
  • Sugar
  • Chili
  • Salt & pepper

Lemon Salad Dressing

  • Oil
  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Mustard
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  • Mix the ingredients for the sauces.
  • Finely slice the kale.
  • Boil the couscous for 10-15 mins or so until nearly cooked. Add the kale and peas then boil for another minute. Drain, then mix in the lemon salad dressing.
  • Fry the salmon. Once cooked, add the Chraimeh sauce to the pan and cook the salmon in it for a minute.
