I made these peppered mushrooms and leeks to accompany a full English breakfast, but these would also work as a side to a steak or even as a vol-au-vent stuffing.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- Leeks
- Cream
- Black pepper
Directions
- Cook the leeks and mushrooms (mushrooms don’t take as long to cook)
- Add cream and loads of pepper
- Reduce the cream down to a sauce
