Im not normally good at soups, but I’m pretty pleased with this one. The trick with soup ingredients is that less is more. This tomato soup recipe I made tonight has just 4 ingredients.
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Pesto dip
- Parmesan cheese
Mix the ingredients and bring to the boil. Let rest to cool and serve. Optionally, you might blend the tomatoes before mixing with the other ingredients.
