This is a cheap and easy rice dish that’s quick to make.
Ingredients
- Rice
- Ranchslaw (bag of mixed sliced vegetables with a gross packet sauce to throw away)
- Laoganma chilli in oil
- Sliced almonds
- Sesame oil
- Sweet soy sauce
- Spring onions (optional)
Directions
- Cook the rice.
- Cook the vegetables in sesame oil and sweet soy sauce.
- Add the chili oil to the vegetables, stir, then stir in the rice.
- Serve and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
