Almond Chilli Rice

This is a cheap and easy rice dish that’s quick to make.

Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Ranchslaw (bag of mixed sliced vegetables with a gross packet sauce to throw away)
  • Laoganma chilli in oil
  • Sliced almonds
  • Sesame oil
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Spring onions (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Cook the vegetables in sesame oil and sweet soy sauce.
  3. Add the chili oil to the vegetables, stir, then stir in the rice.
  4. Serve and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
