A traditional English dessert. Best to use frozen berries because when they thaw out, the sourness of the juice goes well against the sweetness of the other ingredients and prevents sweetness overload.
- White chocolate chips
- Brown chocolate chips
- Frozen berries (I think blueberries and raspberries work best)
- Fresh strawberries
- With an electric whisk, whisk the yogurt and cream together (1 part each) until the texture changes into something completely different. This will take some time, but you’ll definitely know when it happens.
- Break other ingredients up into small pieces and stir in.
