I made a delicious red wine pork dish the other week, but i can’t remember exactly what i did. This is the recipe to the best of my memory.
- Sliced pork belly
- Red wine
- Salt and pepper
- Slice (squished) garlic and onions
- Put pork in an oven dish and pour red wine over it (enough to leave about 0.5cm in the bottom of the dish)
- Add thyme, salt and pepper
- Sprinkle pork belly with sliced garlic and onions
- Cook on 180 degrees until done
