Red Wine Pork

I made a delicious red wine pork dish the other week, but i can’t remember exactly what i did. This is the recipe to the best of my memory.


  • Sliced pork belly
  • Red wine
  • Onion
  • Thyme
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Slice (squished) garlic and onions
  2. Put pork in an oven dish and pour red wine over it (enough to leave about 0.5cm in the bottom of the dish)
  3. Add thyme, salt and pepper
  4. Sprinkle pork belly with sliced garlic and onions
  5. Cook on 180 degrees until done
