This recipe isn’t my own, but I liked it enough to take note of it so I could enjoy it at a later date. Also it’s a good way to use the lemons from my lemon tree.

- Vegetables
- Meat
Red Wine Ragu
- Tomatoes
- Water
- Red wine
- Onion
- Carrot
- Celery
- Olive oil
- Chicken stock
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Salt & pepper
Gremolata
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
Directions
Make a lot of red wine ragu sauce, mix it with the cooked pasta, vegetables and meat, serve on a plate, then add blobs of gremolata.
